Who our wholesale service is for

Our wholesale and bulk service is open to anyone who needs more than a handful of pieces. It is a great fit for:

Knife shops, retailers and online stores that want to stock handmade blades

Clubs, teams and events such as hunting clubs, groomsmen gifts and conventions

Whether you need ten pieces or a large ongoing supply, the process is the same: tell us what you need and we will send you a quote.

Three ways to order

1. Our designs. Choose any knife, sword or axe from our store and order it in bulk. Just give us the product name or link.

2. Your designs. Send us your own drawing, sketch, photo or technical specification and we will make it for you, exactly to your design.

3. Custom designs by us. Have an idea but no drawing? Describe what you want, share a few reference pictures, and we will create the design for you.

You can also mix them: for example, one of our designs with your own handle, size or engraving.

Materials and options

You choose how each piece is made. Common options include:

Blade steel: a wide choice of steels, including D2, 440C, J2 stainless, 1095 and other high-carbon steels, carbon steel, stainless steel and Damascus steel, with finishes such as acid wash, black coating or high polish. Need a specific steel? Just ask.
Handles: wood, G10 micarta, antler and other materials depending on the design
Sheaths: leather sheaths and scabbards for many designs
Edge: our blades are razor sharp as standard, and we can make them blunt for display, cosplay or stage use
Size: blade length, overall length and handle length can be adjusted

Your logo, branding and engraving

Make every piece yours. We can add:

Your company logo or brand name on the blade or handle
Names, initials, dates or messages, for example for gifts and awards
Different engraving on each piece, such as individual names for a group order

Send your logo or artwork with your quote request. A clear, high-quality image or a vector file (PDF) gives the best result. If you need special packaging, tell us in your request and we will let you know what we can do.

How wholesale pricing works

Wholesale pricing is quoted per order, so you only pay for what you actually need. The price per piece depends on:

The design and its size
The materials you choose (steel, handle, sheath)
The amount of custom work, such as engraving or a new design
The quantity you order

In general, the bigger the quantity, the better the price per piece. Your quote is free and comes with no commitment, so you can compare options before you decide.

What happens after you send a request

We review your request. We look at the knife you want, your files and the quantity.
We ask questions if needed. If anything is unclear, we contact you by email (or phone or WhatsApp if you shared it).
You receive your quote. We email you the wholesale price, the options and the expected production and delivery time.
You confirm the details. Once you are happy with the design, materials, quantity and price, you confirm the order and we agree on payment.
We make your order. Every piece is handmade and finished by our craftsmen.
We ship it to you. Your order is packed and shipped with a tracking number sent to you by email.

Production time and delivery

Production time depends on the design, the amount of custom work and the number of pieces. Because every piece is handmade, larger and more detailed orders take longer. We confirm the production timeline in your quote before you commit, so you can plan around it.

Once your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 10 to 15 business days. If you have a deadline, such as an event or a store launch, tell us in your request and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Shipping, duties and customs

We ship wholesale and bulk orders worldwide. For every order we choose the best courier for your address, and you receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping to the United States is duty free.
For other countries, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local rules.
The buyer is responsible for following the customs rules and laws of their country.

We include the shipping cost for your bulk order in your quote, so you know the full price before you confirm.

What to include in your quote request

The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Try to include:

The knife you want: product name or link, or a description of your design
Pictures, sketches or drawings
The quantity you need
Your preferred steel, handle and sheath, if you know them
Any logo, engraving or branding
The country it is going to and your deadline, if you have one

Age and legal requirements

We only sell to customers aged 18 or over. Knife and blade laws are different in every country, and sometimes in every state or city. As the buyer, you are responsible for making sure the items you order can be legally imported, sold and owned where you are.
